What RV brands and chassis do you service?+
The major ones — Airstream, Coachmen, Fleetwood, Jayco, Monaco, Newmar, Pleasure-Way, Winnebago and more, on gas or diesel chassis. We handle the chassis, engine and drivetrain, electrical and power, generators, suspension and tires, A/C and heating, plus maintenance and DOT inspections.
What size and class of RV do you service?+
We service Class B and Class C motorhomes and camper vans — gas or diesel — in our drive-in bays. If you’re not sure your rig fits, call us with your length and height and we’ll confirm. (We don’t currently take Class A motorhomes or fifth wheels.)
What areas does mobile service cover?+
Concord and Walnut Creek plus surrounding cities — Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Pacheco, Clayton, Lafayette, Alamo, Danville, Pittsburg, Antioch, Bay Point, and Benicia. Outside that radius? Call us — we’ll work it out.
Do I need an appointment for mobile service?+
Yes — booking a window lets us bring the right parts and tools the first time. Lock-outs and dead batteries are handled as fast as a unit is free. Book online or call the service line.
Can you do warranty, recall, and DOT inspections?+
Yes. As a Ford store we handle warranty and open-recall work, and we perform FHWA / DOT inspections plus comprehensive pre-trip and pre-purchase inspections.
How do estimates and approvals work?+
We diagnose first, then send you a written estimate. Work only begins after you approve it. You’ll get status updates, and you pay once the job is done and signed off.
